Perfect Plus just 5 mins walk to Golden Temple

⭐ 1/5 Very disappointing experience. I was given a room on the top 5th floor, which felt more like a staff room than a proper guest room. There was no proper lift access to the room, and climbing all those stairs with luggage was extremely difficult and exhausting. To make things worse, there was no proper water supply in the room. The room itself was not up to the standard I expected, and the overall experience was extremely uncomfortable. I had booked the property expecting a decent stay, but after just around two hours, I decided to leave because the basic facilities were not available. I would strongly recommend the management to improve the rooms, water supply, accessibility and basic guest facilities before taking bookings. Very disappointing stay and definitely not worth the money

“Decent Stay.”

The staff was quite cooperative and the facilities provided were decent, but there were lizards in the room. When I ordered something from Blinkit or Zomato, I had to call reception to have my order sent to the room because my room was on the 5th floor; their service was slow. The toilet had a very bad smell and someone's underwear was found in the bathroom's dustbin.
