I arrived on 30 8 2026 and checked into Apartment 1, which was perfect – the bed was comfy and the kitchenette was more than enough for our vacation. The terrace was incredible, and because the season was over we could even hear the sea. The proximity to the beach was great, everything was clean, and our dog felt very welcome and comfortable. I especially want to highlight how well the hosts communicated; they even gave us restaurant tips. Having lived for years on the Baltic coast, this was one of the best stays. If you want German TV, bring a smart stick (e.g. Amazon) – German channels aren’t available yet but are being worked on. A small coffee machine would have been nice, but we managed with instant coffee. Coffee in the area is pretty pricey. Thanks for the stay, we’ll definitely come back.

The place was great right by the beach and the center. Everything was clean, the beds were comfortable, and communication with the host was excellent, with quick replies and overall friendliness. Thanks ;-)

“Idealne miejsce na wypoczynek – dla nas i dla psa! rzut beretem od morza”

A great spot for travelers with pets. The space was roomy, the kitchen was well-equipped, and there was a parking spot attached to the room, which is priceless by the sea. The beach was literally 20 steps away! The atmosphere is amazing – it slows you down to the point that even our usually energetic dog turned into a lazy sun‑bather after five minutes. Highly recommend! Minor things to be aware of: the open‑space layout for 5–6 people means shared time and a bit of lack of privacy. The Japanese‑style sofa beds are hard – fine for us, but good to know. The kids got them, and we “borrowed” the bed with a soft mattress. The bathroom has a bathtub (no classic shower), and the sliding doors on both sides are slightly shorter than the opening and lack a lock, which requires a bit of trust from the rest of the crew. We also didn’t find a hair dryer, so bring your own.

I only rate room 2 and the overall property. Apart from the location, I have nothing positive to say. The warm water is best under the shower. After a while it runs out in the sink and kitchen area. There’s no outlet in the bathroom, and the only one is a grinder for toilet waste that made noise with every flush, and you could possibly plug a hair dryer there. The balcony railing is wooden, and in several places the wood was rotting, so when you leaned on it one cross beam fell and collapsed (luckily no one was underneath). At the room entrance and bathroom exit the threshold, though small, could trip you. The same issue exists throughout the building – some thresholds, stairs are not marked, everything blends together, and it would help to tape or lay tiles of a different color. And the cherry on top: the gas cylinder box at the parking spots is unsecured, the meter is open, and even if the property doesn’t use gas, there is a connection and safety rules apply. Until now I hadn’t checked reviews, even on Google, but it turned out the property was far worse than this… The photos are from several years ago, the greenery has grown so much that you can’t recognize the places… The standard of room 2 does not match the price I paid. Poor communication with the managers, who, as far as I know, live in Szczecin. Thanks to the good weather, we were able to spend pleasant time outside the property.
