“Rooms are good but morning no restaurant and arrange ing breakfast from village roadside food”

The room is spacious and clean. None of the staff know the local language and very little Hindi or English. In the morning no bed coffee or tea is available and the restaurant opens at 12.30 pm. They charged Rs 590 for breakfast but the restaurant was not open in the morning. The hotel arranges breakfast from a village roadside food 5 km away, which is not hygienic. For the first time I saw such a bad arrangement and we did not take breakfast and pursued the property manager for a refund.

“Denied check-in after payment due to group composition; very poor service.”

We had a completely unacceptable experience. After paying the full booking amount in advance, we were denied check‑in because our group had one female and two males. We waited outside for over an hour. We eventually got a refund by the end of the week, but the stress, delay and terrible customer service ruined our plans. Travelers should be extremely cautious before booking here. Extremely disappointing experience. After paying in full, we were denied check‑in simply because our group consisted of one female and two males. We were made to wait outside the hotel for an hour while resolving this, causing unnecessary hassle and stress during our trip. Although we received a refund by the end of the week, the terrible service and discriminatory stance ruined our experience. Would not recommend.

Excellent stay! The food was delicious and satisfying, check‑in was swift, and every aspect was great. Highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and pleasant visit.
