Ce que les clients pensent de l'hôtel, aspect par aspect.
The room had a strong air‑freshener smell that was almost nauseating, the furniture showed marks and scratches, the air conditioner was very old and noisy—especially when it turned back on at the set temperature—making it impossible to sleep with it running.

The hotel looked nice from the outside, had a good car park off the main road, and was quiet at night; the bathroom was small but the shower was hot, yet the internet kept glitching, and the hotel claimed it was working but I couldn’t surf, ruining my stay; I needed a car to get around town and a taxi to reach a drink.

The living area was satisfactory and clean, but the surroundings were poor: the garden was unattended, grass and weeds grew between the concrete near the unit, the bathroom needed refurbishing with dirt in the shower corners, the basin had many fine cracks, the shower tap handle was loose, and the shower itself was very average.

The location is good, but the building is old and there’s mould in the bathroom.

It was close to where we needed to go and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom needs work: water in the shower doesn’t drain properly, some water leaks through the bottom of the door onto the floor and bath mat, the sink plug is completely worn out and doesn’t hold water, so a new plug is required.
