The hotel’s proximity to the Stade de France was great. The downside was that the third bed was a folding bed.

We arrived to find a bag full of leftover food from previous guests that hadn't been cleaned. The bathroom was even worse, especially the toilet. Also, the reservation listed parking at €10, but we were charged €19 upon arrival.

The location near the Stade de France was convenient. However, rats were present in the parking lot and around the hotel, and the rooms had an overpowering scent of perfume.

We had a nice stay and loved the location near the Stade de France, the front‑desk staff were very friendly and available at all times, and the room was pleasant. The only issue was that one evening a couple fought and a baby cried, lasting until about 2 am, which made sleeping difficult—perhaps the soundproofing isn’t perfect, but overall it was great.
