The location was convenient and I could see balloons in the morning. Over the course of 4 nights and 5 days, the room was never cleaned. When I asked the front desk if someone could bring fresh towels and empty the overflowing trash can, the staff promised towels and delivered them, so we swapped. I then asked if the trash could be taken out; the staff told me I had to do it myself, which I had never experienced before. The bathroom had a strong sewage smell that made entering the room unpleasant.

The hotel’s proximity to the Göreme bus terminal made sightseeing easy, and its tucked‑away location kept noise at bay. I enjoyed a warm breakfast and the view of hot air balloons from the rooftop. A shuttle to the airport cost 15€ one way, but the return was only 10€, while other guests were charged different amounts. They claimed to book activities without a margin, though I’m not sure. The facilities were a bit dated, and early‑morning balloon rides meant the door locks and hallway footsteps echoed, waking me several times. I kept my own movements quiet to avoid disturbing others.

The staff patiently waited while I was delayed and arranged tours with great care. Their service was excellent. No complaints.
