Mario was very welcoming, and the breakfast was pleasant.

The manager tried his best and was friendly, but the breakfast wasn’t included in the price; instead, guests could cook in the shared kitchen. There was only one communal shower in a clearly in‑need‑of‑renovation bathroom, with two toilets—one in that bathroom and the other on the outside staircase by the courtyard. Hygiene still has a lot to improve. The biggest issue was that the beds were infested with bedbugs; we only noticed it after the second night and were covered in bite marks from head to toe, which we still felt two weeks later. The bedbug problem is known to the owner, as we saw the special bedbug sprays in the storage room.
The staff was nice and helpful. The bathroom wasn't clean, it was always occupied. There were cockroaches. The room was very old and not well maintained
The place does what it’s supposed to for someone who just needs a place to stay overnight. It’s a plus that there’s a person responsible for keeping the space organized, and the night was relatively quiet with no excessive noise. However, the guest profile falls short in comfort and standard. What I find absolutely unacceptable and that caused me a lot of trouble was the billing issue. I travelled for work and, even after more than 10 days since my stay, I still haven’t received the invoice. This is extremely frustrating and detrimental because I urgently need the payment document for professional purposes. I expect a quick resolution with immediate delivery of the invoice. Best regards.
