The service was very welcoming and quick, the environment was quiet and very clean, guests were greeted with a snack gift in the room, daily towel changes were provided, and the location was good.

I found the location excellent, it met all my needs and everything was very clean; they left a nice welcome kit, and the check‑in and check‑out were quick and simple. The only suggestion is that the bathroom exhaust fan is very noisy, something worth evaluating.

The location was perfect, right next to Paulista and the Paraíso metro station, yet the infrastructure needed repairs and attention.

The value for money was great, but the check‑in time was inconvenient.
