The rooms were well insulated, the balcony was convenient, and the hotel was not too far from the city centre. The welcome was not warm at all, the staff were not very friendly, and every day I had to request a room cleaning and towel change, otherwise they wouldn’t clean the room; the breakfast was awful.

The air‑conditioning was the best thing in the room. Breakfast was a real let‑down, the room was very small, not like the photos, the bathroom had nothing stocked, and I had to fetch towels from a cupboard myself. The room was never cleaned or made up, yet I paid 520 € for five nights—an absolute bargain.

“Khá tuyệt”

The accommodation was comfortable, right in the centre, and the staff were adorable, enthusiastic and friendly; we checked into rooms on the first and fourth floors, but the first‑floor room smelled bad and the fourth floor had no elevator.

The location was ideal for our purpose. The smoking room was a complete no‑go and was not disclosed at all, which is a real hardship for a non‑smoker. The room was old and had many defects—from the bathroom and walls to a toilet that wouldn’t flush. Breakfast was good and sufficient.

“Redelijk goed”

The hotel was tidy and the building had been renovated; the staff were friendly. Unfortunately the air‑conditioning made a lot of noise and the power kept cutting out, probably because the AC was broken. There was no rubbish bin in the room, nor a mirror to check your outfit; the only mirror was in the bathroom.
