The location was good and the front desk staff were friendly, but they seemed indifferent when we raised concerns. We booked a non‑smoking room, yet the sheets, towels, and bathroom all carried a strong, ashtray‑like odor that even seeped into the living area, forcing us to keep the door shut. The hotel was fully booked, so we couldn’t switch rooms. Our room was under renovation, which we tolerated, but the smell was unacceptable.
