The service was excellent and the spacious room met the accessibility, mobility, and support needs for our 90‑year‑old guest, but the bathroom lacked a shower enclosure and even though there was a folding door, water leaked out of the enclosure.

The on‑site restaurant and the microwave in the room were convenient, yet the sink was clogged, the air conditioner had issues, and the toilet lid was cracked.
