“good location. need improvement”

Breakfast was decent and the location works well, but we had to bring our own essentials and pay extra for more mineral water; the Wi‑Fi was terrible, the TV wasn't smart and only had Chinese channels, making it hard for kids, and the fridge was broken until a new mini fridge arrived two hours before we left. The list closest to the room was mostly unusable, and the mannequin in front of the lift at night was creepy. The pool was under construction, so the kids couldn't enjoy it.

The breakfast was superb—my daughter loved it—and the staff were friendly and even got attached to her.

I booked because I heard there was free shuttle to a few spots, but it turned out you had to book it and it was full, with long wait times (11 am, 2 pm). The pool was also under renovation, which was another reason I chose this hotel for the kids.

The deluxe room was spacious enough for my family and the bed and pillows were comfortable. However, the amenities were inconsistent: one room lacked toothpaste, toothbrush, and comb, while the other had no tissues in the box, and the fridges in both rooms were broken. Breakfast quality could use a boost.
