The renovation is nice and the place is very clean.

I was in the area for work, so the spot was handy. The room stayed tidy and cozy. A short stroll got me to shops and eateries. The only oddity was a sensor light that flickered on whenever you approached the bathroom, and there was no switch to mute it. The bathroom mirror stayed lit all the time, so I had to shut the door at night or it would spill light into the bedroom; attempts to turn it off just made it brighter. Those quirks didn’t ruin anything; the room was reasonably priced, clean, and comfy, so I’d recommend it.

The room was neat, modern, and pleasant. The pub downstairs had a great vibe and solid food. The only issue was the music from the pub a bit loud, but it wasn’t enough to disturb sleep.

The room felt freshly updated, clean, and comfortable. The only downside was the shower recess lacking a spot for shampoo or other toiletries—some kind of shelf or caddy would help.
