“No hot water, don't stay here unless that doesn't bother you.”

Two of the three staff members were genuinely friendly, the breakfast was decent, and the location matched what I was looking for. However, I had no hot water at all during my stay; after telling the staff on day one they promised to fix it, but the next day it was still cold. When I mentioned it at checkout, the manager—who I think—called me a liar, insisting that he had checked yesterday and today and that my room had hot water, which it clearly did not. I would have liked to walk back into the room with him to prove it was cold, but I was in a rush, so I just decided I wouldn’t stay here again.

“Regular pero bueno en relación al precio”

The location is superb, close to the St. Pacras international train station and many metro stops, and within a 30‑minute walk of major sights. The staff are very good and attentive. The bed was extremely small. The sink stayed clogged; the receptionist mentioned it always happens in that room, but it’s uncomfortable having a full sink. There was misinformation about breakfast hours – only two windows were available, and when I arrived they told me the kitchen was already CLOSED.

The staff were very polite and helpful, the cleanliness was good, the room was comfortable, and the location was excellent.

“Redelijk”

The location was quiet in the busy city of London, and the owners were very friendly and helpful. There is definitely room for improvement: the rooms could be a bit more cozy, some curtains were hanging loose, the sink was dirty (but was cleaned after I asked), some light fixtures were not working, and it would help to remove breakfast items from the table when you’re still eating.

Great value for the price, the staff were super friendly and the breakfasts were perfect for starting the day. I’ll definitely come back.
