Absolutely brilliant—very clean, polite, and friendly staff. Because our flight was delayed, we were late for check‑in and the staff happily waited for us.

The bed was very comfortable, and the location is good; the town is small enough that everything is walkable. Overall clean, but the bathroom needs a more thorough check—there was plaster on the shower wall and a few hairs in the sink, which was not appreciated when we checked in.

The place gave good value for the price, but the village itself was quiet and had few things to do, so planning activities ahead was essential. The room was filthy, especially the bathroom and toilet, with visible urine stains that forced me to clean it myself. The shower water smelled like sewage, which was very unpleasant. Service was disappointing: a staff member offered to pick us up from the bus station, but when we told her we were arriving she suddenly asked if the pickup was included, which felt confusing and unprofessional. Housekeeping was essentially absent—no one came to clean the room, change towels or bedsheets, or even collect the trash, so we had to handle everything ourselves. The surrounding pavement was uncomfortable to walk on, making getting around less convenient. Overall, the experience fell short due to cleanliness issues, lack of service, and poor communication.

The location is quiet, with a view from the spacious balcony overlooking a palm‑topped property. The national park and many restaurants are within walking distance, and a small supermarket sits directly opposite. The on‑site café offers a good breakfast with tasty, authentic cappuccino. The accommodation is fairly new, and the room contains everything you need, including a kettle, two cups, and glasses. There is also fast, free Wi‑Fi, contrary to the information given earlier.
