We arrived very tired at the hotel, I’m 61 and my mother is 88. The next day we missed breakfast time. When we asked if they could make an exception and serve a small breakfast, they said they couldn’t – understandable, we were outside the rule. I mentioned we could pay for a new breakfast separately from the room rate, but they still didn’t serve us. They offered us two slices of cake. I asked if they could give us a juice, they said there wasn’t any. Yet we saw a lot of juice being served in the room next to us. The situation was lamentable.

The room was clean and the staff were all very attentive. The noise between rooms was excessive, making it impossible to sleep in the morning, and the guests’ lack of courtesy was evident.

Breakfast was good and varied; I only missed a yogurt. The room was large and spacious, as was the bathroom. The TV offered a wide selection of channels, including European ones, which is uncommon.
