The hotel was clean, easy to reach, close to food spots, had strawberry water in the lobby, and was pet friendly. The host was pleasant and responded quickly to complaints, and we got a voucher for free breakfast because we didn’t want to switch rooms. I liked that the TV had my name on it! The fridge didn’t work, the curtains were faulty, and the bedside table lights between the beds were broken. The water in the rooms was labeled as free for members and priced for others, but it shouldn’t have been placed in the room. Parking and breakfast were paid for (the voucher meant we didn’t actually pay for breakfast). The pool was listed on the website but was actually unavailable.
