The hotel smelled terrible everywhere, the bathroom was very unclean and made me hesitant to shower, the hot water wasn’t hot, the room and halls had a bad odor, the lobby toilets were completely unclean with feces on them, and housekeeping kept trying to open my door even after I told them to stop—banging on it and arguing about taking my bedding while I was in the shower, forcing me to exit and shout for them to stop; the experience was terrible. They should have cleaned everything more thoroughly, used proper disinfectants, and cleaned the rugs in the halls. It was filthy and not worth the early $200.

It was clean and breakfast was good, but a staff member named Rose knocked on my door, was very disrespectful, cursed at me, and threatened me; I didn’t feel safe and will never return.
