The shower was amazing

The location is excellent, the reception staff were wonderful, and I booked the Executive Suite, which was spacious. I paid for a suite in a 5 * Hotel that promised a kitchenette with a small hot plate, but there was no way to use it—no equipment, no pot, no saucepan, no plates, no cutlery. There wasn’t even a proper cup and saucer for coffee—only paper cups! At £800 a night the coffee capsules weren’t replaced. In the bathroom there were only two small towels, not the bath sheets I’d expect in a 5 * Hotel, which forced me to call reception repeatedly. Remember—this is a Suite, not a standard room. Everything was “fine,” but this is not a remarkable experience. #Lengclub is too focused on cheap and just enough.

It was such a great hotel—spacious, clean, and with a very good breakfast. The pool, breakfast, and balcony were not up to my expectations.

The spot was spot on, no complaints at all.

The rooms were solid, but the breakfast was a real let‑down; out of the eight hotels we’ve stayed at abroad this year, seven were four‑star and this one landed in the bottom three, and it was a long walk from the better ones.
