We had an excellent experience, especially thanks to the friendly and helpful staff who made us feel very welcome. Everything was clean, the room was comfortable, and the breakfast was pretty good. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it.

Уникальный отель, расположение рядом с входом Памуккале. Номера с видом на травертин. Особенно понравился вид на Шары воздушные. Шоу утром с 6.30 Рядом ресторан с таки же видом. Все понравилось

The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to meet our requests and show us around the area. The room and bathroom, however, could have had better lighting.

The location is very good and the staff are very friendly and nice. We stayed only one night and left very early in the morning, but we couldn’t get breakfast; they made boxes to go for us. The building has five floors, making it hard for people to climb the spiral stairs with luggage. It would be nice to have a small lift.

The room we stayed in had a balcony with a beautiful view of the travertines. We really liked the warm attention from Mustafá, who was attentive at all times. You can store luggage and take a shower after checking out. Mustafá and his brother prepare the breakfast, and the view from the dining area is spectacular. There is no elevator, but Mustafá and his brother Ali helped us lift our 30‑kg bags. You can hear some noise from neighboring rooms, especially if the guests are loud. A mosque is 100 m from the hotel, so we woke up at 5:00 am to the call to prayer. If you’re a heavy sleeper it’s fine. In most of Turkey, the calls to prayer are similar.
