“Great Location & Close to Campus!”

The room and location were more than well equipped for the couple days I stayed; close to the college campus for work obligations alongside collegiate opportunities to meet people around the hotel/city fabric that are easily walkable and navigable. My only negative was the price for the booking this year. In direct relation to last year's rates at the exact same dates, the price was over double for half the stay and the exact same package/room accommodations. If/When I need travel for work/school obligations next year, I will highly prioritize another space for booking in wanting to save money for other expenditures - especially in the current economy

“Idéal pour la calme et l emplacement”

The location was perfect for visiting Raleigh and accessing the university. The room was bright and quiet. The terrace was nicely sheltered. The weekend reception was not very pleasant and I felt like I was bothering them.

“Excelente ubicación , pero es muy caro para los servicios que ofrecen”

The location, the bed and the staff were all very friendly. The cleaning was a nightmare over six days – they only serviced room 2 and even then had to come back because it still wasn’t clean. I paid $1700 and felt like I was staying in a two‑ or three‑star hotel. The towels were tiny, there was only a small hand‑soap and a tiny moisturizer that was expensive to use. The breakfast and lounge area was cramped and sparse, and the limited food offered was low‑quality – overall far too pricey for what you get.

“Buena ubicación mala limpieza”

The location, staff friendliness, room size and parking convenience were positives. The lack of cleanliness was a problem; rooms weren’t cleaned daily and when they were, it was superficial. I also found a cockroach and had to switch rooms, which was a bad experience.

“Good location, comfortable room.”

The place is in a good spot, the room is huge, and you can walk to restaurants, North Carolina State, and other nearby spots. I got there an hour after the official check‑in time and still had to wait another 40 minutes before I could actually check in, and the front desk staff didn’t explain what was happening.
