Finding the place was a breeze, it felt welcoming, and the room was private. Getting in later at night was easy and it felt very secure. Parking was great. Breakfast was solid, with coffee, tea, and soda readily available. The stairs are narrow, so it wouldn't be a good option for someone with mobility issues.

“Wonderful hostess... made guests feel special.”

Fresh fruit was on hand and the main course was cooked to a very high standard. The hostess was wonderful, made us feel welcome, and handled the cooking. The room was gorgeous but felt a bit cluttered; a little more floor space or fewer pieces of furniture might have helped.

“A memorable experience! 10/10”

We like everything about Bedham Hall bed and breakfast. The staff and owners were very friendly and welcoming. They pay close attention to detail. The home is especially nice. It is exceptionally well cared for and maintained with everything in order and very clean. The gardens and landscaping are well maintained and are beautiful. The flowers and other plants are everywhere. There is also a goldfish pond in the garden with a welcoming covered sitting area. Just a lovely place to sit and relax. Our room was spacious and so comfortable. There was a stand up shower and a very nice whirlpool bath. The bed was perfect and so comfortable. It also was very quiet there great for lazy mornings. The breakfast was amazing. I'm not really a breakfast person my husband is. We had a lovely three course breakfast every morning. We had coffee, juice, fresh fruit, hot made to order breakfast entrée, and desert. Everything was delicious! The Eggs Benedict was perfect for me. We had such a satisfying breakfast every morning that we skipped lunch every day. Ping prepared and served our breakfast every morning and did an amazing job. She had the first course waiting for us at our table by the windows every morning. Ping was so sweet and always smiling like a beautiful ray of sunshine. I just can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay at Bedham Hall Bed and Breakfast. It just couldn't have been any better. I would definitely stay there again. It was absolutely amazing. My rating is 10/10. If anyone out there is going to the the Niagra Falls area this is absolutely the best place to stay. Book it. You will love it. Everything! Great location overlooking the river. Comfortable bed. Room was thoroughly cleaned. Excellent full omelet breakfast. Joyce and her husband were wonderful hosts. Nothing to add.

We had a great time. The host is Japanese but very kind, attentive, responsive, and helpful. The old house is well maintained. Antique furniture and tableware from the past century are present, but everything is kept in perfect order: dining room, rooms, beds, showers—all are immaculate.
