“Abysmal. Avoid”
We chose this hotel because it was close to Nirvana Spa, but that's where the positives end. The room was a disaster - two single beds pushed together, damaged furniture, and dodgy plug sockets. Security was also a major concern, with unlocked doors and no CCTV outside the common areas. But the real kicker was getting woken up at 1am to an industrial carpet cleaner being used right outside our room, and the staff's half-hearted apology didn't exactly make up for it.
