The hotel’s location is excellent, with most major sites and attractions within walking distance. Breakfast was okay, but refreshing it and expanding the selection would make a difference. I’m not sure there was anything I particularly disliked.

What stood out most was the kindness and professionalism of the hotel staff. A small misunderstanding about my bill turned out to be my mistake, and the staff handled it with great patience, understanding, and kindness, resolving everything in a very professional and friendly way. I truly appreciated their positive attitude and excellent customer service. A lovely experience overall!
