The two beds were comfortable and the window covering worked well, yet we only received one cup for coffee or water, one face cloth, and one hand towel for both of us, showing a lack of attention to our needs; the stairs were steep, construction was ongoing, and the overall mess was unacceptable.

When I checked out, the lady’s smile made the experience feel very good, and the staff were all friendly; the bed was clean and everything was present, earning me five stars—breakfast was simple but better than nothing, and I’ll return; the shower interior could have used more TLC.

Breakfast was very good with plenty of choices and a friendly lady who watched over it. They should install an elevator for us seniors; the handicap area makes it tough to carry luggage up the stairs, especially when heading out and back to the room.

Everything was exceptional and very pleasant to deal with. A quiet getaway. Thank you again!! My crazy glue went missing from my room lol, maybe I put it somewhere? Lol 🙄
