In the city centre, the location is good. Driving is difficult because of the traffic lights, and we couldn’t leave our luggage at the hotel – we had to carry it from the parking lot to the hotel. There should be temporary access breaks for luggage handling. The traffic lights also prevent us from leaving luggage at the hotel; we must bring it to the hotel, and temporary breaks should be issued by central hotels for unloading and loading luggage.

The staff were pleasant, the place is quiet, bright, and the dining area/lobby is nice, but the steep stairs from the reception can be tough for older guests or those with disabilities.
