“Très bel hôtel au style ancien.”
The room is spacious, but there is no street elevator at the reception.

Hotel De Paris Sanremo boasts an unmistakable Art-Nouveau design, situated next to Sanremo's Russian Church and a short walk from the city centre. Spacious rooms feature wood floors, white sheets, free Wi-Fi, LCD TVs with Sky channels, and tea/coffee makers. Breakfast includes pastries, croissants, and hot beverages. Two private spa areas and a partner beach, 500 metres away, offer additional relaxation options.

The hotel’s style of cleanliness is good, but the price and the morning coffee are disappointing.

Everything was fine overall, but the double bed was an issue. I asked for a single mattress instead of two single beds made into a double; my 14‑month‑old daughter sleeps with us in that bed, and it’s uncomfortable because of the space between the two mattresses.

The junior suite’s luxury, the breakfast room’s décor, and the proximity to the city centre are all excellent, but the parking cost is outrageous at 39 € per night, whereas the nearby Royal Parking Sanremo charges only 27 € per night—this is scandalous!

We were greeted warmly, the staff were friendly, the rooms immaculate, and the breakfast was excellent; the only downsides were the pricey car park and the scarce spots right in front of the hotel. The spa turned out to be a terrible experience – no instructions were given, and the attendant was rude after we struggled with a scalding shower that wouldn’t turn off, even though the front‑desk lady didn’t charge us for the hour we spent there instead of the two we had planned. Apart from that, the hotel was fine and worth a visit.
