Nice modern e‑reception, cleanliness is okay. The room is very small, with slanted roofs, tiny windows, and a tiny bathroom; the shower smelled like it had no trap and there was a noticeable sewer odor. Overall, comfort is poor. Cleanliness is fine. I won’t stay here again; the value for money is bad.

The food at the restaurant was fantastic and the breakfast was delicious, and the staff were very friendly. However, instead of the large single bed I had ordered, I received two single beds that kept shifting because they were on wheels.

Breakfast was fine and the little room had a comfortable bed, a working and quiet air‑conditioner, plus a bathroom; the property hosts two restaurants – one serving excellent traditional cuisine and an underground venue with outdoor tables offering Italian dishes like pizza and burgers, all of which were very satisfactory.

I've stayed here a few times and it's always been great. Check-in with the virtual reception is super convenient and efficient. The beds are really comfy and the place is always spotless.
