The hotel was very close to the hospital I needed to visit someone at, yet the foyer and bathroom floor were deteriorated and looked dirty, and the ironing board had sticky rings as if it had been used as a table for drinks, making it unusable for ironing.

The staff was excellent, making us feel very welcomed and appreciated our presence; this was our first time at this hotel because the previous one in the area had become very unenjoyable, so I would highly recommend this hotel, and there was nothing negative.

The location was perfect, which is why I chose this hotel, and the breakfast was good with a nice variety; on Friday, 7/17/2026, I telephoned Hampton Inn and 'Tiffany' confirmed adjoining rooms on the 4th floor, but at our 4:15 check‑in on 7/18/2026, Tiffany said this confirmation/reservation was no longer available with no explanation, another room on the same floor was available but not ready and the front desk said they were 'waiting to hear back from housekeeping,' so we needed to prepare for a planned event within the hour and our family was forced to stay on two different floors, ruining our plans; when we arrived at room 410, I saw another family already using the room adjoining 410 that had been confirmed on 7/17 by Tiffany for our stay, so I will not be returning.
