Everything was thought of. The hosts (Elaine and her daughter) were incredibly kind, thoughtful and helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and looked after. Everything was pristinely clean, and generally immaculate. Thank you.

I was thrilled with the location—quiet, yet just a short stroll from the canal shop and nearby cafés. The place itself was charming, and the owner’s communication was spot‑on; the breakfast basket was arguably the best I’ve had anywhere. I can’t think of anything that could be improved.

I stayed in the Wisteria Room, a peaceful spot with restaurants just a walk away. The room was spacious, featuring beautiful stained‑glass panels on the walls and French windows that opened onto a very private, large seating area. The décor was tasteful throughout, even in the en‑suite bathroom. Breakfast was delicious and freshly prepared each morning, with plenty of pastries and snacks to take for a picnic. Elaine was helpful, friendly, and attentive—couldn’t have asked for more. The stay was great, and it was only a 20‑minute drive to Silverston Race Track during the Carfest weekend. Nothing was missing; it was perfect.
