The staff were super friendly and helpful, always willing to lend a hand or answer any questions I had.
The facility itself is clean and well-maintained, but it's a shame they don't have more to offer in terms of facilities.

“I was very pleased with my overall stay. I would go back again.”
It was very pretty, the front desk was very helpful, and it was close to Bill. The elevator wasn’t working; they said it was due to the storm, so no one was at fault.

The location was perfect for exploring downtown, the decor in the lobby and restaurant/bar was great with a good variety of coffee‑table books, and the bartender was amazing and made the end of our night absolutely fantastic. I wish there were a pool or hot tub, but I understand it’s a historical building/area so renovation is likely limited. The mattress in our room was noticeably stained after I lifted the sheet and mattress protector to check for bedbugs (I was a housekeeper at another hotel some years ago, so it’s routine to check even in the nicest places); no bugs, just stains!

Excellent location and a spacious room, but breakfast is a menu and poor (not a buffet and only a few options). The bathroom door is a sliding door and doesn’t keep privacy.
