We spent a truly wonderful holiday at your hotel, feeling very comfortable and special from the first to the last moment; the breakfast was fantastic—tasty, varied, and thoughtfully prepared, with nothing missing; the service quality was excellent everywhere: in the breakfast area, lobby, reception, pool, and housekeeping, everyone was always friendly, attentive, and helpful, truly doing everything possible for guest satisfaction; the pool was clean and beautiful, a great place to swim and relax; our room was always tidy and stocked with many useful items such as an ironing board, iron, hair dryer, and more; we experienced no shortcomings at all; we especially want to thank staff members whose names we remember—Garibe Hanım in Housekeeping for her meticulous care and cleanliness, Palha at the Restaurant for his cheerful service, and Atilla at Reception for his sincerity, attentiveness, and helpfulness—though we cannot list every employee, the entire team was fantastic; we also want to express heartfelt thanks to all unnamed staff for making our holiday even better; our children always felt very comfortable and happy at the hotel, which was very important for us as a family; this has been the best hotel booking we have made so far, and we sincerely thank the whole team for this wonderful holiday and outstanding hospitality; we will definitely return! ❤️

There was a lack of towels, especially for couples who were only given one bathrobe.
