“Our stay was wonderful and would definitely return when in area again.”

The staff were genuinely kind, the place stayed spotless, and the upgraded amenities were a treat; I loved how roomy the room felt. Extra towels were a thoughtful touch to keep the floor dry and prevent slipping. However, the wheelchair‑accessible room had marble everywhere with no non‑slip rugs, and it tended to flood when towels were left on the mini‑ramp threshold. The TV and remote were confusing at first and didn’t work because the batteries were dead. A slim non‑slip mat would have helped avoid slip and fall accidents while still allowing wheelchair access.

“The hotel did its job but I don’t think I will stay there again.”

The location was spot‑on. Every minute or so, a revving‑engine‑like noise kept me awake, and there was no cream for coffee on both Saturday and Sunday mornings. Sunday breakfast was over an hour late, which was a problem since I needed it before heading to the airport.

“The whole trip was horrible. I do not recommend this hotel.”

Nothing positive to mention. The bathroom and toilet were dirty, towels lay on the floor, pillows had black spots, and upstairs noise was ignored; when I asked to change rooms I was told to wait until morning.
