The room in general is good. The entry needs upgrading. The pathway to the entrance is dirty. It could be more responsive to questions on the app and able to help arrange transfers from the airport and Batangas terminal.

The pool condition and staff were friendly. The usual pool with diving lessons around the area had poor water quality, but the filtration system was visible and the water was good. The reception area is comfortable for conversation and simple food and drinks. The room size is not bad, but the bedding needs care; the pillow has a strong odor. I requested a second replacement, but the same issue occurs with other pillows. There was a theft incident involving the in-room safe; two guests each lost $500, and the issue was deemed unsolvable, so no complaint was filed. The windows and doors inside and outside the room do not close well. The building looks very old. It seems related to a master key incident, so action is needed.

Quiet and clean. The accommodation was very satisfactory. It was disappointing that the pool was not usable.

I had no positives to mention. The owners were not at all friendly, and the room offered no way to hang laundry from the luggage. There were no shelves or wardrobe; when I asked why there was no storage, I was told it was useless. On the negative side, there was not even a fridge in the room, and the cleaning service worked only half the time.
