The service was terrible; the power cut out most of the time, and when we asked why, they claimed that all of Kerala goes dark—which is wrong.

I was left underwhelmed by my stay, with several aspects feeling like they were missing. Not only was there no complimentary breakfast, but I was also charged for drinking water, and the hotel didn't offer direct parking or a ceiling fan in the room. To top it off, there were no cold storage facilities available.
While I did appreciate the easy access to the hotel, there were several drawbacks that detracted from my stay. The lack of parking facilities was a hassle, and the washroom was not only unclean but also had a bad smell.
