The flat is small but has everything needed for two people. The owner was easy to contact, the commute to the centre is good, and the price is fair. The walls are poorly sound‑proofed and the bed is a bit too soft.

“Fantastic budget/quality ratio (great location)”

The price was great, giving solid value for a prime spot in Wien. The location was close to U-Bahn and Bim, and walking to Schloss Schoenbrunn was easy. The supplies were generous – not many places offer washing up liquid, which was a nice touch. The room was basic but exactly what we needed, and we hardly stayed inside because we were busy exploring the city. We saw the staff only a few times, which was fine; we mostly had our own space, and that suited us. Self‑check‑in and the pre‑arrival communication were efficient. The only hiccup was that when we arrived at 2am, the code worked but someone else was already in our room. A number was listed on the page, so we called and Artur arrived within half an hour to sort it out. It didn’t bother us much, and he even offered a free beer as an apology. German is the preferred language, so travelers who don’t speak it might want to be prepared. Also, the photo showed Artur playing the accordion, so I was hoping for a pleasant tune in the mornings, but we didn’t get that – it didn’t ruin the trip.

все сподобалось, наявніс усі зручності - мікрохвильова чайник плита,є навіть фен рушників достатньо власна ванна кімната. супер!. на першому поверсі буває доволі шумно з вулиці, але це не проблема житла
