Location, cleanliness, and very good service; everyone spoke English, so communication was easy.

The place was right next to restaurants, a wine bar, shops, buses and taxis, and the staff were super helpful and kind. When the weather turned, we worried the ferry might be cancelled; the man at the front desk called around, discovered an earlier ferry was running, and told us we could catch that instead. He was incredibly helpful.

The location was very convenient— the driver could pull right up to the front door and it’s not too far up the hill. The room was spotless and breakfast was a nice perk.
