The dining staff and the security guy were good, and the food was tasty. However, my business trip to Pune turned into a horrible experience because the reception staff were rude as hell, acting like they were giving me the room for charity. They handed me a super smelly, bad room.

Good rooms, clean linen, quiet. Clean washroom, helpful reception staff. Okay for short stay for business visits. Sufficient food outlets nearby. Restaurant staff needs training. Breakfast service was slow. Replenishing items took time. Requests to the serving staff during breakfast were lost and forgotten. The approach outside hotel was muddy and soiled due to rains. Couldn't park car there. Could be cleaned with coordination with local authorities. Insufficient parking space for 4 wheelers behind the building. There was a column inside our room reducing the space and constricting the ease of movement within the room
