“Falló el aire acondicionado, se calló l barra y cortina de la ducha , se corto la luz”
Location was fine. Facilities were lacking.
Excellent location, you have everything you need, close to the cruise terminal, and if you need luggage storage Alex is happy to help.

The location is very convenient, there’s an elevator, the staff are courteous, and the bathroom is clean. It’s not ideal for short stays because the room is very small.
“Don’t stay here. $500 for 2 nights was horrible”
The convenient location. The room smelled very musky/mouldy. Couldn’t use the A/C because it leaked a lot of water. The wood around the bathroom door was swollen and couldn’t shut. City tax “has to be paid in cash”.

The staff were friendly, although sometimes no one was present to talk to, but otherwise they were pretty good. We had no remote for our TV, and hot water wasn’t always available, so I had to shower cold on some days.
