Very clean and reasonably quiet! Very well looked after, appreciated all the help when I asked questions or needed a driver! Friendly and comfortable place to stay! Nothing – all was great!

Nice rooms, friendly staff, and great wifi, but the barking dogs and crowing roosters kept us partially awake at night, something the host can’t fix.

I was really impressed – after staying in more than 20 places in Ubud over the years, this one stands out.

The shower was one of the best I’ve ever had, the room was very clean, the air conditioning worked well, and the staff were nice and attentive, even letting us check out late, which was handy when heading to another hotel. The only downside was a bit of motorcycle and chicken noise because it’s right in the heart of Ubud, but overall it’s great value for money.

The owner’s background as a former hotelier gives the place a clean feel; the rooms might even be cleaner than those in hotels that cost over 10,000 yen. The wifi is fast, and there’s a cheap laundry service for a fee. Walking to central Ubud takes about 15‑20 minutes, which is close enough. It would be even better if hand soap were provided.
