The location is very good because it's central and close to all leisure and cultural areas. Breakfast is served in the same café/bar of the hotel on tables where guests and outsiders can be at the same time. It’s not a buffet and you have to pick one dish from four or five options they offer. To access the parking, you have to go through pedestrian streets and it’s a bit of a hassle to get there.

Clean, comfortable and pleasant, yet the breakfast disappointed me; even the pricier option was very basic and fell well below other, cheaper hotels I've stayed in Spain and Portugal.

Ottima posizione a pochi minuti a piedi dalla Plaza Mayor. Il personale manca di cordilità ed empatia. Alla reception, al mio arrivo sono stata accolta con molta freddezza. Il personale del ristorante è maleducato, si sono anche presi gioco di me per una richiesta di un caffè piccolo con latte. La mattina, alle 7.30, il personale responsabile della pulizia ha cominciato le sue incombenze in una cacofonia di sedie e tavoli spostati senza nessun rispetto. Peccato! L'insonorizzazione delle camere è pessima, mi svegliavo con la sveglia del vicino di camera
