I liked the traditional breakfast and the location, but there was no continental option and the menu felt repetitive.

The hotel manager along with the staff was rude and literally misbehaved with us including other guests. The lifts weren't maintained at all due to which we were stuck in a lift for 20 mins and then one of the staff started screaming at us instead of asking if we were fine. They gave a very stupid logic as it got stuck because it was overweight wherein the lift isn't supposed to move if there was any overweight. Worst part my key got dropped bcs of the sudden jerk and it slipped down the elevators and when I asked for the duplicate key from the reception, they charged me 500 Rs for additional key. Worst experience I have ever had
