I brought my own food, but it was a relief to have access to the cafeteria! I would have liked the large bath and changing rooms to be a bit cleaner; the area around the dryer was covered in hair, which was a bit off-putting since I was with a small child.

The pool was great, letting my family and kids have a fun time together. The bread at breakfast was excellent, but the variety of side dishes could have been higher—just a few more options would have made it flawless. If there were rice dishes, that would be perfect!

All the staff greeted me with smiles. The large bath was spacious, and the hot spring and sauna allowed me to relax. The breakfast buffet was small but offered many choices, and there was a welcome drink, so the service was good. The location was close to tourist spots, making it convenient. Because the place is called Shirahama, I expected a resort with sea views, which was a bit disappointing. However, the quiet, villa-like atmosphere was nice.
