“Acceptable but tooo far for the money!”

The hotel is right next to the parking area, which is great for that location. It was super noisy, not clean enough, and allowed smoking everywhere, which is not good.

I only liked the location, but some staff, especially Ayman, were terrible when the power cut from 10 am until 12 am. Neither he nor the Turkish manager apologized or spoke politely, and Ayman even said I should rate the hotel –1 for being indifferent. The cleanliness was poor – the sheets and furniture were dirty. I stayed there two years ago and it wasn’t this bad in terms of cleanliness or staff, and the price was high for what I experienced; there are other places with the same rate that are better.

“Terrible experience at Capri Hotel Osmanbey. The power was out for over 12 hours with no solution, no refund, and no hel”

The power outage lasted over 12 hours, and the staff knew about it but had no clear plan or timeline for fixing it. They gave no help, no alternative rooms, and no refund. My family and I had to leave the hotel near midnight, wait on the street hoping for a fix, and we had to haul all our luggage from the 4th floor because the elevators were down. We only stayed one night and lost all our money. The hotel wasn’t clean, nothing like the online photos, and the location is tucked into a back alley that’s unsuitable for families or kids. The staff’s lack of professionalism, care, and basic hospitality was shocking. I would never stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone.
