Nina, the morning host, was outstanding. She focused on making our stay comfortable and went out of her way to help us line up a taxi (her husband) for a very early flight. Everything was clean and thoughtful. Very interesting building and accommodations. The stairs were a challenge – glad we weren't on one of the top two floors.
We couldn’t have asked for a warmer welcome or a more helpful stay. Ivana and her family were absolutely lovely from start to finish. My son was traveling solo, and Ivana immediately put my mind at ease by arranging his late check‑in and even letting me know that he had arrived safely. When he then had problems with delayed baggage, the family went out of their way to help him and were incredibly accommodating, working around his itinerary and making what could have been a stressful situation so much easier. In my son’s words, they were “very, very helpful” and genuinely lovely people. A wonderful, caring family who clearly take pride in looking after their guests. We would happily recommend Hotel Marissima to solo travelers, couples and families alike. Thank you, Ivana, for taking such good care of him — it meant a lot to this mum back home! ❤️
“Top Lage zu einem guten Preis”
Everything was very clean. Super location. In the middle of the old town but on a quiet side street. Breakfast was good and could fill you up for the day. We only left in the afternoon and were able to leave our luggage there. The narrow staircase was a problem with large suitcases. The house is a bit noisy to the touch.

Excellent location. Good breakfast. Room and bathroom spacious. Had to climb several steps with luggage to reach the room. The room was on the attic, so we had to be careful not to hit our heads on the wooden roof structure. No protein option at breakfast. Not a hotel recommended for those driving, but that is not a fault of the hotel itself.
