The location is good, but the building itself looks rundown and the cleanliness was lacking; it needs some repairs.

The treatment was appalling; after I had made a booking and the amount was deducted, they refused to provide me with a room, leaving me out on the street for several hours

I was left with a cancelled reservation before even checking in, and the manager told me she wasn’t going to charge us, yet we’re still waiting for a refund. The hotel tried to charge us for a cancellation that never happened.
