“Je ne vais plus y retourner”
The bed was comfortable. Cleanliness needs improvement: the room carpet was very dirty, as was the bathroom floor. The breakfast buffet was ordinary, with no fruit and very few options.

The room was clean, but I tipped the housekeeper $20 and then saw another $20 gratuity charge on my card, which was disappointing.

There were plenty of shops nearby, but the bed felt as hard as a rock.
