The reception staff are not friendly, while the spa centre staff are very kind. The rooms are very spacious, but for a 4‑star hotel you expect much more.

The room is spacious, the breakfast is abundant. The spa prices are too high.

After a long driving trip and extremely tired I arrived at the hotel., The check in took literally a few seconds and before i knew it I was at the very speacious super clean and well climatised room. I woke up late thinking that i missed breakfast, but the staff were super kind and flexible and even at 10.30 I could still enjoy a very nice breakfast and high quality coffee. I didnt get the chance to experience the pool and the spa as I had to get going but I will be back at this hotel for sure in the future
