After a long, scorching trip, one night in the Deserts was a relief: cool air, a lovely, clean, welcoming room, and restorative sleep in the mountain silence on super comfy bedding. Breakfast was simple yet tasty, and the welcome was discreet and efficient. Unfortunately, we only stayed one night.

The welcome was excellent, the local cuisine very good, and the breakfast generous before hiking. The staff were available, accommodating, and very pleasant. The location is superb for hiking in the Bauges, away from the more impersonal resorts, and the hotel is very quiet. Everything was fine.

We had a fantastic stay in a charming little mountain village, the hotel was very welcoming and full of charm. The reception was warm and friendly, and the meals were delicious, generous, and carefully prepared. We had a great time and will keep a wonderful memory of our visit. Thanks to the whole team!
