I was greeted by Tony when we arrived, who was very helpful and gave us plenty of tips for things to do around town. The property was beautiful and had everything we needed, and it was just a short walk from Fira.

The facilities were super clean and new, and the jacuzzi was at an amazing temperature that we could use any time of day. Breakfast was provided by a third‑party service that delivered it every morning within a one‑hour time slot. They offered a variety of pastries with butter and jam, fresh orange juice, and a hot dish that was spectacular. We want to highlight John’s friendliness and attentiveness; he made sure we were comfortable and was always available via WhatsApp. Because we ordered breakfast, we wanted to make a latte in the morning, but there was no microwave to heat the milk. Breakfast was delivered in one‑hour windows (08:00‑09:00, 09:00‑10:00, 10:00‑11:00), and if you want to leave early to make the most of the day you can’t; that was a bit inconvenient.

The space, the room, and the hydro massage were amazing. The staff were very polite and willing to give us information and anything we needed. Thank you very much! The only thing I would mention is the location and the fact that I would have liked breakfast to be included.

The structure was clean, comfortable, and a few minutes from the center with the option to relax in the whirlpool. John was very nice when we arrived late and helped us with airport transfers and scooter rentals. I definitely recommend it. Nothing negative.
